Wellness and Safety Guidelines 

The health and safety of our clients, students, faculty, and staff is of highest priority. Prior to receiving services, clients will be asked to provide accurate and up-to-date relevant medical information and health history to ensure that the services may be safely performed. Per the Kansas Board of Cosmetology regulations, PACE may refuse to perform services based upon medical information provided by the client.

 

PACE Client Expectations

If you have any questions or concerns, please notify the instructor on duty. If you are not satisfied with the services performed, you must contact the school within 24 hours of the service.

 

Clients who exhibit inappropriate behavior or language toward students, instructors, faculty, or staff will not be permitted to receive services in the PACE student salon. Any client who endangers the safety and security of anyone on school grounds will be asked to leave the premises and will not be invited back for future services.

 

We take a credit card to hold the reservation. Clients are not charged until after their service. No-call, no-show, or late arrival client appointments will be charged a $25 fee.   Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment time.

When possible, late arrival clients will be given a 15-minute grace period. If needed, the appointment will be rescheduled. 

 

PACE will not book appointments for clients with a history of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

 

Payment is required in full at the time of the service. 

 

Children are not allowed in the PACE student salon unless they are receiving services. Current signed consent forms will be required for children under the age of 18 who are receiving services.
