Instructor Training 

300-HOUR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAM

The part-time PACE Instructor Training program (I.T.) consists of 300 hours.

 

Students will learn:

• Effective teaching methods

• Lesson planning

• Assessment and evaluation methods

• Classroom management

 

Interested students must be licensed in Kansas as a cosmetologist, esthetician or nail technician with one year verified work experience.

 

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING CLASS SCHEDULE

Mandatory classes are in session remotely Monday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. 

 

In-person classes are in session Tuesday - Friday  for up to an additional 12 hours based on student availability. The I.T. program is completed within 6 months. Many of Jennifer and Meghan’s former Instructor Training students worked while attending their program of study.
