Who We Are
Jennifer Rosauer
Jennifer Rosauer is the co-founder of Premier Academy of Cosmetology and Esthetics. She received her Esthetics Certification and Associate Degree with an emphasis on Scientific Concepts from Johnson County Community College. Prior to PACE, Jennifer was a professor and the Esthetics Program Facilitator at Johnson County Community College School of Cosmetology, where she taught esthetics and guided an expert team of educators for nearly 20 years with a strong history of successful mentoring in higher education. Together, Jennifer and the team of esthetics faculty provided an inclusive environment and comprehensive program immersed in cutting-edge technology and industry-leading services and skills. This effective teaching model gave rise to hundreds of graduates that now lead successful careers as estheticians and business owners. Jennifer’s teaching interests include scientific concepts such as anatomy and physiology, diseases and disorders, and treatment options for skin conditions, as well as entrepreneurship, including business planning, salon ownership and operations, client retention and retail management. Jennifer provides structure, effective classroom management, extensive knowledge of the field of education and esthetics, passion for the industry and a love for teaching and learning. She lives in Olathe with her husband, Christopher, and their three children.
Meghan Hinojosa
Meghan Hinojosa is the co-founder of Premier Academy of Cosmetology and Esthetics. Meghan received her Cosmetology certification and Associate Degree with an emphasis on Scientific Concepts from Johnson County Community College. She holds multiple advanced certifications including, but not limited to, American Board Certified Haircolorist, Bellami Master Hair Extension Certification, Hotheads Hair Extension Certification, NovaLash Eyelash Extension Certification and CARA Cosmetics International Airbrush Makeup Certification. Meghan has been teaching cosmetology for 20 years. Her extensive knowledge and expertise educating future salon professionals and instructors led her to be sought out to review one of two textbooks approved for Cosmetology programs across the nation, Milady. Meghan reviewed the new curriculum for the text and provided insight as a respected professional in her field. Meghan's pedagogical interests include chemistry, fundamentals of hair sculpture, hair color formulations and application, enhancing essential communication skills, developing entrepreneurial mindsets, including business planning and marketing. She also enjoys developing future cosmetology educators and takes pride in seeing their positive impact in the beauty industry. Meghan is happily married to her husband, Luis, and together they reside in Olathe with their three children.
